Job Type:  Full Time, In Person

Schedule:  Monday – Friday 8-5

Job Requirements:  AutoCAD Draftsman Certificate (or comparable skill level)

Description:                                                                                                                                         We are currently seeking an AutoCAD Drafting Project Manager who will be responsible for working alongside the engineer to produce structural engineering construction documents for steel, concrete, masonry, light-gage steel, and wood structures for permitting with municipalities and use by builders and contractors.   The position requires the ability to work closely with the lead engineers and our clients:  architects, designers and owners and communicate clearly (both in writing and verbally).

Responsibilities:                                                                                                                       Responsible for working from provided AutoCAD produced architecture to produce new AutoCAD structural design construction documents.

Draw details and sections based on sketches and industry standard details.

Revise and update drawings for permitting and in field changes.

Organizing critical path for projects from set up to construction in a timely manner.

Answer requests for information on managed projects and explain drawings to clients as needed. 

 

Pay: Hourly $20-$35/Hour based on experience and skill level.
