About the Role:

Due to our expansion we are now looking for a new Project Administrator to join our team in Greenwich, CT.

The admin will be responsible for ensuring that all showrooms are legally compliant, well-maintained, and safe. This role involves managing pre-planned and reactive maintenance tasks, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining accurate records in our T100 system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administration and document control for all aspect of the role, from purchase order and tender management to database entry.
  • Coordinating and scheduling pre-planned maintenance to ensure each showroom remains legally compliant.
  • Coordinating and scheduling reactive maintenance, ensuring work orders and emergency maintenance needs are met.
  • Ensuring all contractors are legally compliant to visit showrooms by verifying and uploading necessary documents
  • Contractor & Contract Management – including cleaners, maintenance crews and waste management
