Account Executive:

We are seeking an Account Executive to lead integrated advertising for one of the largest accounts in the US at our Dallas office. This will include focusing on the business needs of the client, and articulating agency perspective on recommended solutions. The Account Executive is expected to contribute to innovative ideas in support of the clients’ goals.


Responsibilities

  • Manages the execution of multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced environment & initiatives flawlessly.
  • Support of campaign development and production.
  • Help develop creative briefs and brief teams to ensure proper agency direction and integration with media and the overall brand.
  • Present briefs, estimates and creative to the client for approval.
  • Lead day-to-day team activities to ensure on-time delivery of projects by developing and managing production timeline.
  • Manage client budget and billing.
  • Be responsible for ongoing status updates and conference reports.
  • Consult regularly with Account Supervisor to discuss opportunities and potential issues that impact the client’s business and client relationship.
  • Understand and analyze inter-departmental processes in an effort to create efficiencies.
  • Recommends business-building ideas, both for Client’s business and for our own.
  • Liaises with media, production, and account should delivery issues arise and seeks to resolve with minimal impact.
  • Contributes to ongoing competitive reports.


Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Advertising, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to identify trends and make observations.
  • Stays on top of new technology, trends and media and shares these learnings with internal teams and Clients.
  • This person must be highly organized, with a charismatic and varied communication style.
