Qualifications:

Education, Training, Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience preferred.


Ability to provide proof of US Citizenship on your first day of employment to obtain a DOE HSPD-12 Badge in accordance with the terms of the contract. Department of Energy OSTI's policy direction requires all employees employed on this contract to be citizens of the United States.

  • Strong user interface design skills; ability to develop functional and appealing web- and mobile-based applications based on usability
  • Familiarity with Maven, Gradle, Ant, or other building architecture
  • Experience in debugging another developer’s code
