Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee user support inquiries for troubleshooting challenges and manage the entire lifecycle through analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and client approval.
  • Detect production challenges, collaborate with technical leads, and effectively convey action plans to business units for resolution.
  • Engage in project management tasks including organization, resource distribution, task delegation, and problem-solving.
  • Compile and present progress and analytical reports to Senior Management concerning outstanding cases.
  • Provide guidance to IT personnel, serving as a mentor and team leader.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • 0-1 Year of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio & Outlook).
  • Completion of regulatory and job training requirements.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
