As a Technical Program Manager , you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners at our end clients. He / She will be responsible for leading data analytics projects in agile mode and deliver quick wins while keeping focus on strategic and long-term vision. This role requires understanding team dependencies, constraints, designs, and forecast mechanisms that impact the business to translate them into a roadmap for data curation, visualization, and automation. He/she will plan requirements with internal customers and guide projects through the roadmap, including planning, communicating to software engineering, prioritization of features, and continuous improvement of the end product, Drive programs and projects from project initiation through delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead data analytics projects in an agile environment, delivering quick wins while keeping a focus on strategic, long-term objectives. Drive programs and projects from initiation through delivery.

Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand dependencies, and translate business needs into a clear project roadmap for data curation, visualization, and automation.

Plan and manage project schedules, including prioritizing features, coordinating with software engineering teams, and driving continuous improvement of the end product.

Provide technical direction and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technical standards.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including internal customers and cross-functional teams.

Develop and implement repeatable processes to enhance project delivery and adoption across multiple teams or organizations.

Handle conflicts and escalations effectively to keep projects on track.

10+ years of technical program management experience in cloud infrastructure, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects.

5+ years of experience leading end-to-end implementations using Azure Databricks and the Microsoft cloud stack. Strong understanding of cloud computing, serverless architecture, and core infrastructure components.

Demonstrated experience running data projects using an Agile sprint model. Familiarity with Agile methodology in software development and program management tools such as Jira.

Experience in managing onsite, offshore and near shore delivery models

Experience in Managing projects on Azure Databricks on Azure is a MUST. Prior hands-on experience with cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Strong technical skills and understanding of cloud computing, serverless architecture, and core infrastructure components. Hands-on experience with cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions. Ability to guide cross-functional teams effectively.

Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders effectively.

Comfortable handling conflicts and escalations.

Track record of creating repeatable processes and influencing adoption across multiple teams or organizations.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering).

Experience in Manufacturing domain is a PLUS
