Position Summary: Join as an Area Sales Manager and lead the company’s B2B sales efforts in the Midwestern territory. Reporting to the Head of Sales in the US, you will drive growth, enhance profitability, and implement their sales strategy. This role demands a dynamic individual passionate about sales and customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Develop and expand new and existing B2B accounts.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding after-sales service.
  • Client Visits: Visit prospective clients in core industries to support sales initiatives.
  • Product Promotion: Sell pressure and vacuum filtration products for various applications.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and competitor strategies.
  • Strategic Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies with the team.
  • Lead Management: Generate leads and maintain a robust CRM database.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in professional B2B sales, preferably in filtration technology.
  • Industry Knowledge: Preferred experience in mining, phosphoric acid plants, and aggregates.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand and convey technical product details.
  • Education: BS/BA in business, or engineering preferred.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in various environmental conditions.
