Are you a skilled technician with a passion for solving complex issues? Join us as a Principal/Senior Field Service Technician and become a key player in ensuring the seamless operation of CNC Lathe, Milling, and Multi-Functional Machining Centers at our clients' manufacturing sites. This is an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery and enhance your technical expertise.

What You'll Do:

  • Installation & Maintenance: Install, commission, calibrate, and maintain CNC equipment and accessories.
  • Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair technical issues across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
  • Customer Support: Provide top-notch service, including operator training, preventive maintenance, major repairs, and system upgrades.
  • Travel: Daily travel to customer locations with occasional overnight stays required. Flexible hours available (4x10 or 5x8 schedule).

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Field Service Technician, with a strong background in CNC machinery and associated systems.
  • Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Education: Technical degree (Electrical/Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical/Automation) or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Other Requirements: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel daily.
