We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who understands the full scope of the cardiovascular and wearables space. The Marketing Manager is a multi-functional role with a primary responsibility to drive executional excellence through marketing programs that promote service and product adoption. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the cardiology landscape with a talent for creating content and effective communication channels. This role will also work alongside the sales department to help with the planning and management of product messaging, training programs and customer engagement events such as tradeshows and symposiums.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Multi-channel content creation.
  • Translate strategic messaging into effective and compelling content across various customer-facing marketing assets, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Take a proactive role in creating and refining a diverse range of customer-facing marketing materials, including but not limited to digital and printed collateral, sales aids, website content, social media posts, and product brochures.
  • Assist in planning and management of new product launches.
  • Leverage creativity and market insights to tailor content for different channels, optimizing each piece to resonate with target audiences and enhance overall brand communication.
  • Quality assurance and compliance.
  • Support conference events, symposiums, trade shows, and industry scientific sessions through pre-event planning and in-person attendance as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, sales training, regulatory, R&D, etc.) to facilitate content creation, review, alignment and approval.
  • Learn and understand the heart-monitoring industry and Zywie operational process.
  • Work cross-functionally with various Zywie departments.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 3 or more years of successful marketing experience (B2B, medical device, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree (in Business or Life Sciences).
  • Acute attention to detail and strong ability to work in project-based setting.
  • Comfortable to thrive in ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Service-oriented and responsive mindset.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects concurrently without sacrificing quality.
  • Possess a strong passion and curiosity about the healthcare space.
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in marketing, product, or brand management.
