Position Overview

As an instructional designer focused on SAP S4 / HANA, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive training materials and programs to support the implementation and ongoing effectiveness of our client’s SAP implementation. Working closely with subject matter experts, you will design and develop instructional materials and create engaging learning experiences to enhance the SAP capabilities of our clients.

Responsibilities

· Design course outlines and objectives for specified SAP modules

· Develop a structured training curriculum tailored to various roles and skill levels within the organization

· Partnering with subject matter experts, write content and design engaging training materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, participant materials, work instructions, knowledge checks, and job aids

· Review training materials with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content and make updates as needed

· Coordinate training deliverables with internal team members and communicate daily progress with course material development

· Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve training documents as go live approaches and production environment is completed

Requirements

· At least 5 years of experience working as an instructional designer leveraging ADDIE and developing training materials for SAP or ERP implementations

· Must have proven experience with Manufacturing – S/4HANA modules

· Strong attention to detail to include formatting consistency and material accuracy

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Proficiency in MS Office

· Experience with graphics programs and multi-media formats

· Reliable high-speed internet connection

· Availability to travel 50% to client locatoins.


We need SAP instructional design experience, training delivery/development (Instructor-led), E2E SAP experience and we are open to particular modules for example if someone is really strong in P2P or R2R, EWM, etc
