Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning Program Design and Development:
    • Lead the design and development of comprehensive learning programs, curriculum, and materials aligned with organizational goals and learning objectives.
    • Utilize instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and innovative learning technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs, define learning outcomes, and tailor content to diverse audiences.
  • Training Delivery and Facilitation:
    • Facilitate training sessions using a variety of delivery methods, including instructor-led training, virtual classrooms, e-learning modules, and blended learning approaches.
    • Adapt training content and delivery strategies to meet the unique learning styles and preferences of participants.
  • Learning Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:
    • Develop evaluation frameworks and assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and track learner progress.
    • Analyze training metrics, feedback, and performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for enhancing learning initiatives.
    • Implement continuous improvement processes to refine content, delivery methods, and learning resources based on learner feedback and emerging best practices.
  • Learning Technology Integration:
    • Leverage learning technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance the delivery, accessibility, and scalability of training content.
    • Select, implement, and optimize learning management systems (LMS), authoring tools, and other learning technologies.
    • Stay informed about emerging trends and innovations in learning technology to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of learning solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR partners, and subject matter experts, to understand business needs and priorities.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gain buy-in, support, and alignment for learning initiatives and ensure their successful implementation.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on learning and development topics, providing guidance and support to colleagues and cross-functional teams.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery, with a focus on adult learning principles and best practices.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in learning technologies, authoring tools, and learning management systems (LMS), with experience in selecting, implementing, and optimizing learning technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, build consensus, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Certifications in instructional design, training delivery, or learning technologies (e.g., CPLP, ATD, CPTM) are desirable.
