Sr Product Marketing Manager -Contract - Cambridge, MA
Proclinical is seeking a Sr Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Cambridge, MA.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the tactical implementation of both healthcare professional (HCP) non-personal and direct-to-consumer assets across various digital channels. This includes paid media, social media, educational resources, digital platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM). You will lead the creation and delivery of core media and social assets in collaboration with cross-functional partners, using a data-driven approach. Additionally, you will implement and evolve customer CRM strategies and initiatives, including unbranded disease education and branded promotions. Advising on the evaluation and execution of paid media plans and partnering with Insights, Analytics, and Operations to measure the impact of omni-channel marketing activities will also be key aspects of your role.
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing and/or multi-channel digital media.
- Proficiency in CRM, display, social media, email, website, and digital measurement plans.
- Operational knowledge of medical, regulatory, and legal review processes.
- Experience in rare diseases is preferred.
- Strong patient orientation with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships in a cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
The Sr Product Marketing Manager responsibilities will be:
- Implement HCP non-personal and direct-to-consumer assets across digital channels.
- Lead the creation and delivery of media and social assets with cross-functional partners.
- Use data and insights to drive marketing strategies.
- Implement and evolve customer CRM strategies and initiatives.
- Advise on the evaluation and execution of paid media plans.
- Partner with Insights, Analytics, and Operations to measure marketing impact.
