Are you passionate about providing clinical direction and ensuring administrative excellence in a healthcare setting? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director of Clinical Services to join a team and lead with precision and compassion.
Clinical Director of Clinical Services Responsibilities:
- This role will be a 50/50 split of clinical and administrative work.
- As the Clinical Director of Clinical Services, you will lead the hiring and training of new therapists, dietitians, and nurses, collaborating with specialists in the discipline for guidance.
- Coordinate admissions into the program and oversee integration into the therapeutic community.
- Ensure the treatment program operates optimally by maintaining up-to-date client paperwork and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Act as a liaison between the treatment programs and collaborate with influential entities in the clients' lives, such as families and referral sources.
- Work closely with the lead nurse and nursing staff to facilitate appropriate medical care.
- Supervise or support 7 clinical leads during weekly treatment team meetings, ensuring effective communication and oversight of client development and progress.
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver in-services, education sessions, presentations, and training to clients, families, staff, and caregivers.
Clinical Director of Clinical Services Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work, Clinical Counseling, or other relevant health-related discipline.
- 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in a leadership role.
- 2+ years of recent related experience working with eating-disordered clients or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience in partnering with an executive team.
- Required License: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Psy.D., or Ph.D. as a Clinical Counselor or Registered Dietitian in CA.
