Our Physical Therapists collaborate with our corporate product development team to explore innovative, cutting-edge techniques, ensuring we are at the forefront of the industry. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Clinic Director to oversee the operations of one of our locations.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic.

• Develop and implement clinical procedures.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and help patients achieve their health goals.

• Provide leadership and guidance to clinic staff.

• Implement Physical Therapy programs.

• Perform initial and ongoing PT evaluations.


Requirements:

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the California Board of Physical Therapy.

• Strong leadership and management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic, outpatient clinical setting.

• Master's or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

• Advanced Board Certification.

• Understanding of insurance, billing, and collections protocols.

• CPR Certification.
