S&A Homes, a leading homebuilder in Central Pennsylvania for over 40 years, is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our growing team in our South-Central PA region.


The Opportunity:


The Regional Sales Manager position offers an exceptional opportunity to take the next step in your new home sales career. In this vital role, you'll be at the forefront of implementing strategic sales initiatives and analyzing market trends, while actively selling alongside your team. It's a chance to not only lead and grow a sales team but also to have a direct impact on the region's sales success.


This position offers a competitive compensation structure that includes both salary and commission, with unlimited income potential. 


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Recruit, train and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and support.
  • Act as a player-coach by actively engaging in selling new homes.
  • Implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Conduct routine market and competitive analysis and share reports with management team.
  • Monitor financial performance and collaborate with leadership to ensure that financial targets are achieved.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to ensure brand consistency, identify local marketing opportunities, and to effectively promote and drive traffic to our communities and our “build on your land” program. 
  • Establish a strategy for successful community events such as open houses and grand openings.
  • Use our Lasso CRM database to track sales progress and customer interactions, and to create sales reports.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Construction Manager and Project Management teams to ensure a seamless sale to settlement process.


Role Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of New Home Sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Must have a high level of comfort and proficiency with technology including CRM databases, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets/Documents, and various desktop and mobile apps.
  • Strong listening, analytical, and execution skills.
  • A propensity to build lasting relationships while focused on continuous process improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in sales management and financial reporting is a plus.
  • PA real estate license required
