Role Description

This is a full-time role for a CDLA Tour Manager. The CDLA Tour Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing promotional events, roadshows, and campaigns. They will coordinate logistics, manage a team of staff, and ensure the successful execution of marketing activities. The CDLA Tour Manager will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Execute experiential marketing tours across designated regions, ensuring seamless coordination of logistics, staffing, and resources.


  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on tour progress, addressing any concerns or requests, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the tour.


  • Manage a team of tour staff, including brand ambassadors and support personnel, to deliver exceptional on-site experiences and achieve campaign objectives.


  • Coordinate all aspects of tour logistics, including vehicle maintenance, equipment transportation, event setup and teardown, and compliance with relevant regulations and permits.


  • Oversee on-site activation of experiential marketing events, including product demonstrations, sampling programs, interactive displays, and consumer engagements, to drive brand awareness and engagement.


  • Collect, analyze, and report on tour performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of future campaigns.


  • Identify potential risks and challenges related to tour activities and implement strategies to mitigate and resolve issues as they arise.


  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and sales, to align tour activities with overall brand objectives and ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation.


  • Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate tour schedules and client needs.


Qualifications

  • Experience in event management, tour management, or experiential marketing
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of logistics and transportation
  • CDLA license is a must and clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
  • Knowledge of the US and Canada geography
