In this role, you will play a crucial role in business process improvements and product compliance investigations. This position will support the steady state program of product compliance and work as a consultant with stakeholders, ensuring that processes are efficient, product compliant, and continuously improving.


What You Will Be Doing

  • General Project Management - planning, organizing, and coordination as well as operational support.
  • Product Compliance Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations into product compliance issues, ensuring all products meet regulatory standards.
  • Process Automation: Develop and implement automated solutions to streamline compliance processes and reduce manual workload. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and digitize workflows to enhance productivity and accuracy.
  • Audit and Root Cause Analysis: Prepare and organize audits as part of the scheduled annual audit plan for the Central Office of Engineering. Conduct audits and utilize root cause analysis to identify and resolve compliance issues.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Business Analyst, preferably within product compliance or a similar field.
  • Agile Environment: Experience working in an agile environment is essential.
  • Process Improvement: Strong background in business process improvement and automation.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
