Job Description: Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Fine Jewelry Rental Company


The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be a key member of the executive team responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the company. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in ecommerce operations, logistics, and business management, particularly within the luxury jewelry industry. The COO will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategies that ensure the company's operational efficiency, scalability, and profitability.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in an operational leadership role, preferably in the ecomerce luxury jewelry industry.
  • Strong understanding of fine jewelry supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control.
  • Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology to enhance business operations.
  • Business Central and Dinamic Web experience as a Plus
