Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the CIO in developing and implementing the IT strategic plan, aligning IT initiatives with business goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to IT teams, including cybersecurity, infrastructure, application development, and support services.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the IT division, including project planning, budget management, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage major IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Educational Technology, or a related field and 6 years' experience, or associate degree and 8 years' experience, or 10 years' experience leading an IT organization.
  • Five or more years managing a multi-functional, highly motivated dynamic team.
  • Eight or more years of successful experience in Information Technology and/or a closely allied field.
  • Proven track record of planning, managing and delivering large-scale IT projects.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or similar are highly desirable.
