Our client seeks a dependable Operations Support Specialist who can support their team with technical writing projects. The ideal candidate is detailed but concise and works well independently.


Operations Support Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and maintain clear and concise work instruction documents and SOPs to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and translate technical concepts into easily understandable language.
  • Review and revise existing documentation for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Ad-hoc administrative support and projects as requested.


Operations Support Specialist Qualifications:

  • Prior technical writing experience highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with writing SOPs and/or work instruction documentation a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Process-oriented and highly organized.
