Position Overview: As the sole HR Generalist, you will be a pivotal part of our organization, providing comprehensive HR support across all functions. This is a unique opportunity to engage in a variety of HR areas, including immigration, compensation, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, succession planning, management coaching, and more. Your contributions will directly impact our company culture and employee experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with compensation planning.
  • Guide immigration processes and compliance.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and succession planning.
  • Coach and support managers on HR policies, performance management, and team dynamics.
  • Handle employee relations issues with a focus on conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Stay current with HR trends and best practices to continuously improve our HR functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
  • Resilient and resourceful with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
