Human Resources Generalist Role at Applied Manufacturing Technologies

At Applied Manufacturing Technologies (AMT), we are dedicated to engineering excellence and innovation. Our team of over 120 professionals tackles complex projects and drives forward-thinking solutions in the robotic automation industry.

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team and support our diverse workforce. As the sole HR Generalist, you will be a pivotal part of our organization, providing comprehensive HR support across all functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with compensation planning.
  • Guide immigration processes and compliance.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and succession planning.
  • Coach and support managers on HR policies, performance management, and team dynamics.
  • Handle employee relations issues with a focus on conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Stay current with HR trends and best practices to continuously improve our HR functions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
  • Resilient and resourceful with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
