A top gaming company is seeking a dynamic Community Manager with exceptional writing abilities to join their innovative team. This individual will play a key role in nurturing and interacting with the online community to enhance brand recognition.
Responsibilities
- Keep players informed about upcoming game updates and modifications through comprehensive patch notes, live service and problem resolution updates, and maintenance details for publication on the website and community platforms.
- Boost community engagement by monitoring and evaluating community channels and online and in-game event performance to offer in-depth analysis that drives continuous enhancement and creativity.
- Cultivate strong relationships with community collaborators, including fan sites, external forums, and community hubs.
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification
- Over 2 years of successful community management experience
- Prior background in the gaming industry is a NECESSITY
- Demonstrated expertise in crafting community updates and patch notes is REQUIRED (samples will be requested)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
