Job Title: Associate Community Manager


Job Description:

  • Assist with and take ownership of various gaming community development projects.
  • Coordinate communications with clients, understand goals, and provide solutions.
  • Provide reporting and accurate tracking of projects, communicating updates, risks, and roadblocks.
  • Build and optimize community platforms on Discord, Subreddits, Forums, Twitch, Facebook Groups, and more.
  • Manage community moderation, volunteer recruitment, and create engaging community events.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for project completion with high-quality results.
  • Monitor online community sentiment and offer feedback for maintaining positive sentiment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of community management experience in an agency or gaming environment.
  • 2+ years of team management experience.
  • Passionate about gaming with experience across PC/console and mobile games.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, process-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Strong leadership, resource management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience launching new products and growing communities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cooperate effectively with international clients.
  • Proficient in various online community platforms and social media platforms.
  • Experience with project management and social media tools.
