Job Title: Associate Community Manager
Job Description:
- Assist with and take ownership of various gaming community development projects.
- Coordinate communications with clients, understand goals, and provide solutions.
- Provide reporting and accurate tracking of projects, communicating updates, risks, and roadblocks.
- Build and optimize community platforms on Discord, Subreddits, Forums, Twitch, Facebook Groups, and more.
- Manage community moderation, volunteer recruitment, and create engaging community events.
- Collaborate with internal departments for project completion with high-quality results.
- Monitor online community sentiment and offer feedback for maintaining positive sentiment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of community management experience in an agency or gaming environment.
- 2+ years of team management experience.
- Passionate about gaming with experience across PC/console and mobile games.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, process-oriented, and adaptable.
- Strong leadership, resource management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience launching new products and growing communities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cooperate effectively with international clients.
- Proficient in various online community platforms and social media platforms.
- Experience with project management and social media tools.
