About the Role:

As a Senior Associate Application Engineer (Full-Stack), you will be instrumental in building and deploying reliable software solutions on a large scale. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create full stack applications that meet business requirements. Take the lead in managing risks and escalating issues, ensuring operational excellence daily.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete features and user stories independently, including test cases and automation
  • Learn advanced software engineering practices such as domain-driven design and test-driven development
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and technology communities, sharing knowledge and best practices
  • Contribute to system design decisions and understand their impact on the overall product
  • Support production systems and troubleshoot issues affecting the product

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields
  • Technical proficiency rating of an advanced beginner for internal applicants

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Java, SpringBoot, cloud technologies, Microservices, and REST APIs
  • Familiarity with React Native, Redux, and frontend frameworks
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented principles and clean coding practices
  • Experience with testing frameworks and Database Management Systems
  • Technical interview will be required for external applicants
