Primary Responsibilities:

Analysis and documentationIdentify and define business, functional and interface requirementsProcess new service requests from the analysis and definition of customer requirements through intake, approvals, service delivery, implementation, and fulfillmentAnalyze and provide solutions or recommendations to resolve basic customer inquiries for functionality not working as implementedConstruct workflow charts and diagramsValidate resource requirements, develop cost estimate models, and gain sign-off from stakeholderManage simple requirement conflicts and escalate complex requirement conflicts to senior level analystsCommunicate to internal IT providers of hardware, software, and network requirements. Partner with senior analyst if negotiation is neededImplement, modify, test, and administer business system applications under minimal supervisionImprove current systems by studying practices and designing modificationsCustomer management and supportPrepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trendsImplement, tests, and deploy solutions to business problemsFollow incident, change, and release management processesMay be required to provide on-call support outside of regular business hoursProject managementUnder supervision, manage small projects by developing project plans and monitoring performanceParticipate on larger project teams as neededPrioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirementsOther duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED (or higher)2+ years of business systems analyst experience 2+ years of ServiceNow experience in a Business Analyst setting2+ years of experience gathering technical requirements Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
