The Senior Staff RN is responsible for delivering professional patient nursing care to a diverse patient population with varied and complex needs. Apart from conducting nursing assessments and assisting with exams and treatments, this position plays a crucial role in coaching and mentoring department staff on clinical and professional practices. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing or Associate's degree with additional nursing experience
- Three years of nursing experience with one year in a specialty area
- Valid RN license and Basic Life Support certification
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams
- Proficiency in time management and Microsoft products
