Each center is equipped with an onsite laboratory and in-house x-ray capabilities.

AFC is the parent organization of AFC Franchising, LLC (AFCF). This role involves direct collaboration with a franchised location, and specific responsibilities and benefits may differ among franchises.

Job Summary

The primary role is to serve as a supervising physician for all mid-level practitioners within the clinic. With six locations available, there is potential to earn $1,500 for each location supervised.

Your responsibilities will include guiding staff in patient care support and overseeing advanced practice providers.

You will also engage in marketing efforts and represent the center within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the supervising physician for mid-level practitioners in the practice.


• Manage the various aspects of a busy medical practice, ensuring proper follow-up, conducting chart reviews, and adhering to all established policies.

• Guarantee that the center is equipped with the necessary tools, supplies, and medications for effective patient treatment.

• Ensure that medical records are accurately and thoroughly documented, providing retraining for staff physicians as necessary.

• Compile quality assurance data and address any issues with staff providers as required.

• Oversee Occupational Health and Travel Medicine Programs.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine (with at least one year of experience in Emergency or Urgent Care).

• Strong communication skills with staff, patients, and their families.

• Professional demeanor and appearance.

• Active and current medical licensure in the state of practice, along with a DEA number and state-controlled substance certificate as required.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

• Flexible work-from-home options are available.
