Responsibilities of the Packaging Supervisor position include:
- Managing and supervising the packaging team's activities, training, and performance evaluation.
- Leading the team by assigning responsibilities, setting goals, and controlling operations.
- Adhering to defined standards, cost control, and budget management.
- Assessing packaging efficiency data and implementing improvements.
- Collaborating with managers for scheduling and maintenance planning.
- Ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Participating in quality control and safety programs.
Requirements:
Qualified applicants should have:
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science/Chemistry or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dairy or food production.
- Previous managerial/supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in packaging processes, quality, and safety standards.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with professionalism and integrity.
