Responsible for training new hires on test process fundamentals, product features and business etiquette. Design and maintain training documentation and agenda as well as being in charge of the training existing team members.

Identifying training needs, target groups for specific skills, alignment with other teams or stakeholders to create content delivery and assessment.

Happy to help team members with new tools and features.
Minimum Experience

Minimum 2 years as a Quality Assurance Engineer with 1 year training experience
Key qualifications

Excellent communication in English is required in both spoken and written form
Experience in blackbox testing
Familiar with AI, personal assistants across mobile devices, tablets, laptops, home speakers, Bluetooth accessories
Knowledge of at least 1 coding language - Python preferred
Comfortable explaining coding logic and structure to others
Excellent logical and analytical thinking skills
Experience conducting training and educational programs, on-the-job training, and colleague orientation.
Experience developing and implementing learning curriculum that is consistent with current trends and best practices
Flexible thought processes able to adapt to any students need
Good presentation skills and strong ability to provide clear guidelines
Good knowledge of client's product to design training agenda and documentation
Ability to give and receive feedback efficiently
Assists in measuring the effectiveness of learning
Proactive mindset
Eager to learn new tools and processes

Hourly Rate and Other Compensation:


The hourly rate for this position is between $ $44.71 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
