JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our client is seeking an exceptional Technical Program/Product Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact, large-scale programs. The role involves collecting business requirements, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing production launches. The ideal candidate will work on complex problems, drive the development of both company-wide and bespoke solutions and enhance customer delivery experiences globally.

  • Collecting business and system requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Writing specifications and driving project schedules from design to release.
  • Managing the production launch of new programs.
  • Leading and coordinating design/implementation efforts between internal teams and outside vendors.
  • Developing optimal solutions and making tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong product or program management background with 5+ years of experience.
  • Technical acumen with 3+ years of software development experience.
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
