Role: Power Equipment Rental Specialist

Company: Koopman Lumber

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers in the power and rental areas
  • Handling all rental transactions efficiently
  • Training customers on equipment operation
  • Managing inventory and parts orders
  • Repairing hydraulic hoses, chain saw chains, blowers, etc.
  • Delivering and picking up rental equipment
  • Performing minimal repair and maintenance tasks
  • Maintaining work and display areas
  • Providing top-notch customer service
  • Staying updated on product knowledge
  • Attending training programs

Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Mechanical skills
  • Valid DOT card and driver's license
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of safe lifting practices

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to perform tasks for extended hours
  • Strength and manual dexterity required
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds

Working Conditions:
