BASIC FUNCTION:

The primary role involves welcoming clients, ensuring their comfort, and providing an experience that encourages them to return and recommend our services to others.

Key responsibilities include the upkeep and repair of various equipment types, assisting customers, responding to phone inquiries, and upholding safe operational practices.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage with customers upon their arrival in the rental and power equipment sections.

Conduct inspections and repairs on both two-stroke and four-stroke engines.

Manage inventory by placing orders for parts and ensuring stock levels are maintained.

Fabricate and repair hydraulic hoses as needed.

Sharpen, repair, and assemble chains for saws, blowers, and similar equipment.

Sharpen blades for lawn mowers.

Handle the delivery and collection of rental equipment, including mowers and snow removal tools.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in workspaces and display areas for all product lines.

Interact positively and promptly with customers both in-person and over the phone.

Deliver exceptional service to all clients, focusing on retail customer satisfaction.

Stay informed about the products available for sale and rental, including their usage, pricing, and new market entries in the small engine sector.

Keep stock organized for designated areas.

Participate in all required company training sessions.

Encourage a collaborative team environment.

Additional tasks may be assigned by supervisors as necessary.
