The Analyst conducts thorough analysis to ensure fair compensation based on market standards and internal equity. Additionally, they assist in creating and implementing new pay policies and practices while ensuring legal compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Program Development and Administration
    • Conducts job evaluations, analyzes salary data, and determines pay grades.
    • Assists in developing and updating compensation programs to meet organizational needs.
    • Participates in compensation surveys and benchmarks initiatives.
    • Helps in setting new wage and salary ranges.
  • Consulting
    • Provides guidance on compensation policies and recommends changes.
    • Serves as a resource for employees and management regarding wage and salary programs.
    • Assists in answering compensation-related questions and updating HR systems.
  • Annual Salary and Bonus Program Administration
    • Collaborates with HR leadership to develop annual merit planning processes.
    • Contributes to the design of employee bonus/incentive programs.
    • Creates tools for administering bonus programs efficiently.
  • Administration
    • Maintains accurate job descriptions and compensation files.
    • Handles paperwork for salary adjustments and job transfers.

Qualifications:

  • Education
    • High School Diploma or GED- Required
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience - Required
  • Certification & Licensures
    • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)- Preferred
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 5-7 years compensation analyst experience- Required
    • Payroll and HRIS (Lawson) experience- Preferred
    • Healthcare experience- Preferred
