Job Title: Field Supervisor

Company: Per Mar Security

  • 3rd Shift, Monday-Tuesday, 7pm-7am
  • $ per hour

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current Driver's License
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Pass Background Check
  • Reliable Transportation (frequent travel)
  • WI Private Security License
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma/GED/High School Equivalency
  • Must pass on-site drug test at time of hire

Job Skills / Requirements

Objectives:
The primary focus is to guide Per Mar Security personnel during non-business hours and address personnel issues when they arise. Responsibilities include overseeing multiple client sites, ensuring proper employee performance, and upholding company and client policies based on contract requirements.

  • Supervise security officers at various locations
  • Travel between sites to check on officers and security
  • Ensure officer coverage and compliance
  • In this role, you will:
  • Respond to issues promptly
  • Enforce company and client policies
  • Report incidents to Supervisors and Management
  • Maintain required reports
  • Conduct post-inspections
  • Act as a liaison during non-business hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient with computers and security equipment
  • Prior security and supervisory experience
  • Ability to write concise reports

Education Requirements (Any)

High School Diploma/GED
