POSITION SUMMARY

The 3rd Shift Packer & Prep plays a crucial role in the packaging of baked goods and the preparation of various food items, ensuring adherence to the quality standards and mission of Colectivo Coffee Roasters and Troubadour Bakery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Slice loaves and buns with precision.
  • Package baked goods into appropriate bags.
  • Organize and pack orders efficiently.
  • Assist with the packing of additional orders as required.
  • Prepare smoothies and assist with general food prep tasks.
  • Safely operate and maintain production equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness while adhering to Food Safety Procedures.
  • Ensure work areas, utensils, and equipment are clean and safe for food handling.
  • Comply with all federal, state, and local safety regulations for production facilities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic reading and mathematical skills.
  • Effective communication and ability to follow instructions.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
  • Capability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
