Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse Team Leader provides nursing care to assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse. Coordinates and backs the activities of the certified nurse assistants and actively engages in the direct resident care following the approaches specified in the care plan.

Responsibilities:

EDUCATION
- High School diploma or GED
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing school
- Currently registered as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State
- BLS certification per AHA standards

EXPERIENCE
- Experience in long term care is preferred
- Post-Hire Experience: One (1) year experience required to meet performance standards
