Schedule & Hours:
- Full-time position with flexible hours scheduled between 6:45 am to 7 pm on weekdays and 8 am to 5 pm on weekends as required.
- Ideal candidates should have open availability, and weekly schedules may vary based on business demands. Availability before and after major holidays and peak seasons, like summers, is essential. Various shifts are available.
Location: Our in-person location is at 4770 Windhaven Parkway, The Colony, TX.
Compensation: Earn between $18-$22 per hour based on experience, with additional bonuses.
Job Description:
The Pet Resort Manager (Front of House) plays a pivotal role in ensuring daily client satisfaction, meeting sales targets, fostering customer retention, and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities involve overseeing customer support, generating new business revenue, and collaborating with various departments to achieve business objectives. Additionally, managing tasks related to business-to-business marketing, event coordination, and brand development are crucial aspects of this role.

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated success in achieving business sales goals
- Warmly greet customers to create a positive and friendly atmosphere
- Train and mentor sales associates for continual growth
- Handle check-ins, billing, and scheduling tasks
- Engage in various customer interactions via calls and in-person communication
- Manage multiple revenue streams and develop new avenues of revenue/services
- Lead by example in maintaining professionalism and attire standards
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in office spaces
- Deliver timely follow-ups and responses to customer inquiries
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, solution-oriented mindset, and competitive spirit
- Uphold high levels of organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with team members and clients while prioritizing customer service
- Proficiency with computer systems and POS software
- Participate in leading, coaching, and team development
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and passion for the Paw Oasis Pet Resort brand
- Adhere to company values and culture
- Preferred qualification: College Degree

Qualifications:
Past Experience Required:
- Leading a sales & marketing team for 5+ years
- 5 years of face-to-face customer service experience
- 10 years of reception or administrative work
- A genuine love for dogs and cats
- Capability to commute/relocate to The Colony, TX
