Paw Oasis Pet Resort is a premium pet boarding and daycare center situated in The Colony, Texas. Our resort, operating successfully for about 3 years, provides services such as overnight boarding, dog daycare, grooming, and training among various other exciting offerings. At our Castle Hills facility, boasting 30,000 square feet of dog turf and a unique bone-shaped pool, we ensure a luxurious experience for pets with our 10,000 square foot all-suite boarding setup. With a wealth of experience totaling 15 years in animal care and pet resort management, our ownership guarantees top-notch care for all pets, maintaining a structured daily routine, setting high standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Schedule & Hours:
  • Full-time position with flexible hours scheduled between 6:45 am to 7 pm on weekdays and 8 am to 5 pm on weekends as required.
  • Ideal candidates should have open availability, and weekly schedules may vary based on business demands. Availability before and after major holidays and peak seasons, like summers, is essential. Various shifts are available.

Location: Our in-person location is at 4770 Windhaven Parkway, The Colony, TX.

Compensation: Earn between $18-$22 per hour based on experience, with additional bonuses.

Job Description:

The Pet Resort Manager (Front of House) plays a pivotal role in ensuring daily client satisfaction, meeting sales targets, fostering customer retention, and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities involve overseeing customer support, generating new business revenue, and collaborating with various departments to achieve business objectives. Additionally, managing tasks related to business-to-business marketing, event coordination, and brand development are crucial aspects of this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a sales & marketing team for 5+ years
  • 5 years of face-to-face customer service experience
  • 10 years of reception or administrative work
