Responsibilities:


The Contractor is expected to serve as the lead for all cybersecurity related taskings, actions, and data calls received by the Sponsor's office and on behalf of the CISO.

The Contractor will take the lead in managing actions and data calls within the Sponsor's corporate action tracker.

The Contractor will also serve as the lead interlocutor between the Sponsor's Office and IC governance boards, councils, and working groups and their related taskings.

The Contractor shall review, consolidate, and prepare formal responses for the actions, taskings, and/or data calls, which are often levied by senior management, Congress, the DNI and IC, and other government agencies.

The Contractor is expected to follow established processes to support Executive level responses in accordance with the identified deadlines.

The Contractor shall ensure responses are formatted correctly, reviewed, edited, and appropriately coordinated across Enterprise stakeholders for input and concurrence as needed.

The Contractor id expected to take the lead for the administrative taskings from the Front Office and provide guidance and support to components within the Sponsor Office.

The Contractor is expected to capture meeting minutes, track actions, and document Memorandum for the Record (MFR) for meeting as defined by the Chief of Staff.

Regularly participates in engagements with C-Suite Executives, Enterprise-level leadership, and beyond.

Additional duties include:

  • Works closely with the Communications Team to coordinate large scale events to include but not limited to monthly Town Halls, annual All Hands events, Cybersecurity Awareness Month events and conferences. Ensure focus on mission enabling functions and current cyber initiatives.
  • Conduct necessary research to respond to technical actions or prepare Front Office personnel for IT meetings, IT conferences, IT working groups, and/or Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs).
  • Additional support to customer Front Office as requested (e.g., prepare IT/cybersecurity briefings, assist with FY technical and strategic program planning, capture minutes or actions/taskings from meetings, conference room support, assist with coordination of Sponsor's monthly meetings with other Sponsor partner events, etc.).

Qualifications:

Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI with polygraph.
  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline.
  • BS 1012, MS 810, PhD 57
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, to include demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity and manage a variety of high priority technical tasks with short deadlines and mínimal guidance.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with personnel at all levels across the Enterprise to include toplevel managers, project integrators, systems integrators, engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, and scientists.
  • Demonstrated experience working across organizational boundaries to accomplish tasks.

This may include:

  • Coordinating project schedules.
  • Coordinating program management process activities such as program reviews, control gate reviews including the scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings/presentations.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, including the ability to clearly express detailed IT information in simple, informative, concise technical forms for various audiences.
  • Excellent written communications skills, including the ability to assist in the preparation of management plans and reports.
  • Ability to maintain correspondence suspense files, records, files for reports, operating procedures, internal memorandums, and compose correspondence.
  • Ability to handle large volume and variety of IT/Cybersecurity related tasks and change focus quickly as mission requirements evolve.
  • Sound judgment, problem solving, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to effectively use SharePoint and MS office products to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring the collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing of information and statistical data.

Additional Desired Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Sponsor's corporate action tracker tool.
  • Working knowledge of IT and cybersecurity business area and programs.
  • Previous experience supporting executive level management.
  • Understanding of Enterprise structure, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Ability to compose technical documents including user's manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
