About the Company:
Camping World is currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our expanding team. As a Service Advisor, your main responsibility will be managing repair service requests and providing administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers informed about the progress of the work.

What You'll Do:
  • Determine specific product needs and services by directly engaging with customers
  • Recommend additional sales to enhance average transactions
  • Offer price estimates for specific installations before scheduling appointments
  • Keep customers updated on the progress of the work

Requirements for the Role:
  • A minimum of one year of service experience preferred
  • Previous experience with RV products or camping lifestyle
  • Ability to work on a computer daily and conduct online searches as necessary
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to adhere to department procedures and policies
  • Valid driver's license
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and/or moving up to 50 lbs with assistance
  • Willingness to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for extended periods

Pay Range:
$18.00-$21.38 per Hour
