If these traits resonate with you, Royal Caribbean Group is in search of a top performer to join our Treasury Department as a Senior Analyst. Become an integral part of the team responsible for financial management, gaining valuable experience in the intricate workings of the Capital Markets team.

This role involves reporting ONSITE Monday to Thursday with WFH on Fridays in Miami, FL. Remote work option is not available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze the $20B+ debt portfolio and the associated ~$1.3B interest expenses
  • Support essential monthly compliance activities
  • Conduct specialized analyses to aid strategic goals
  • Collaborate with the Accounting department to facilitate Treasury reporting requirements for quarterly SEC filings
  • Assist the Treasury operations and financial risk management team in daily tasks
  • Participate in presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance departmental efficiency
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed beyond the defined scope of this role

Qualifications and Skills:

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA, CPA or CFA qualifications are advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, influence decisions, and propose data-driven strategies
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, self-motivation, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Drive process enhancements through implementing controls and automating procedures
  • Solid proficiency in data analysis, particularly with Excel
  • Skilled in creating impactful presentations using PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with planning software, ERP systems, and visualization tools
  • Capable of delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines
