About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Treasury Management Sales Officer to join our team at City National Bank of Florida. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new revenue sources and supporting the retention of existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed individual sales and retention goals, adhering to corporate, legal, and regulatory policies, guidelines, and requirements.
  • Independently expand existing relationships and solicit new business through client referrals and cold calling efforts.
  • Generate new Treasury Management revenue sources.
  • Resolve treasury management operational problems, identifying causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conduct on-site sales and service meetings with complex Treasury Management clients.
  • Act as a consultant to prospects, clients, and officers, developing and implementing Treasury Management systems.
  • Prepare and negotiate complex Treasury Management service proposals.
  • Independently complete agreements and correspondence with clients.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions for calling clients.
  • Participate in the development of marketing and training materials.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Treasury Management products offered by the Bank and the processes for delivering these services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of treasury management products within the financial services industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of product knowledge, sales processes, and vendor interaction.
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management products and solutions.
  • Influencing – Subject Matter Expertise – Technical knowledge of products and ability to effectively influence obtaining agreement with recommendations.
  • Conceptual Thinking – Identifies the critical and interdependencies among system elements that impact products and performance.
  • Ambitious, highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to meet or exceed established sales goals.
  • Strong understanding and experience with the corporate selling process.
  • Proven track record of supporting the growth of client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
