Job Summary

Responsible for supporting Treasurer with cash management, capital market, daily oversight of corporate cash (cash position, payment processing, bank account structure (for domestic and international), enhancement Treasury systems, oversight of Treasury related projects, review cash management policies, maintain financial controls for subsidiaries and grow relationships with internal/external business partners.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
  • Performs analyses and assist in recommendations on a variety of treasury activities including, but not limited to: internal investment activity; external investments; banking relationships and cash management.
  • Performs financial analysis with respect to treasury management, including acting as a consultant to internal customers in evaluating and implementing treasury, financing, and investing products and services.
  • Rationalizes bank account structure, integration of accounts for acquisitions and enhances banking systems functionality, including Oracle treasury.
  • Leads and performs classic cash management operations, including establishing daily cash position and executing funds transfers.
  • Develops and implements procedures, internal controls and business continuity plans.
  • Reviews, analyzes, justifies and minimizes bank and merchant fees.
  • Assists in the development of funding and investment strategies for corporate assets, conducts lease versus buy analyses, and monitors company's cost of capital.
Preferred Experience
  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
  • Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field; certification is required in some areas OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas.
Environmental Job Requirements
  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related. CTP/CCM a plus.
  • Oracle Treasury module experience.
  • 3+ years, Domestic and International cash management.
  • Strong technical skills in project and treasury management.
