Key Responsibilities

  • Custom Dataset Development: Build and manage custom datasets using SQL or similar tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Pricing Strategy Development: Utilize statistical models to evaluate the impact of pricing on profitability, recommending pricing approaches aligned with market trends and identifying untapped market opportunities.
  • Pricing Tool Design: Design flexible pricing tools that adapt to evolving market demands, presenting pricing analyses and insights to leadership, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Operational Analysis: Conduct operational and fixed asset trend analysis, delivering actionable insights and detailed reporting.
  • Business Intelligence Strategy: Develop robust business intelligence strategies and data-driven solutions, applying statistical models to uncover business insights and enhance customer performance and revenue growth.
  • Reporting and Communication: Generate and present reports to senior management, monitoring and communicating key performance indicators across departments.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business improvements.
Qualifications
  • Education: Strong background in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least five years of experience in a Business Intelligence Analyst role, with expertise in BI software, SQL, and data mining tools.
  • Skills: Advanced understanding of statistical methods and data analysis, proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, and experience with reporting automation and relevant tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to clearly communicate findings, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: $100-125k base salary.
