Job Description:


Are you a motivated leader with a passion for healthcare and a knack for driving statistics? We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Supervisor with Sales Experience to oversee our clinic operations and drive sales initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day clinic activities, ensuring the highest standard of patient care, and implementing effective strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:
Supervise clinic staff and provide leadership, guidance, and support
Develop and implement plans to promote clinic services and increase patient volume
Monitor and analyze statistics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
Maintain inventory levels and oversee procurement of supplies
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies
Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to foster a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred, not required)
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
