- Your Role:
- As the Corporate Process Safety Manager, you will spearhead process safety management initiatives at the Decatur facility.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall PSM performance and ensure compliance with global EHSS standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate compliance efforts with COMAH/OSHA Process Safety Management and EPA Risk Management Plan regulations.
- Introduce Process Safety Performance indicators and oversee Critical Asset Integrity programs.
- Develop Major Accident Response Plans and facilitate process safety incident investigations.
- About You:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Process Safety within a chemical/food manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.
