The ideal candidate will have previous experience in aftermarket sales, be organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven.

Required SkillsProcess customer orders, inquiries and requests for quoteWork with customers via phone queue and email and fulfill their needsProvide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product specifications, pricing, and lead timesObtain accurate pricing and lead times from suppliersClearly communicate delivery and price confirmation to the customerOrder entry on KPS Global quote system softwareRegularly update the customer with current order statusWork with customers to understand and fulfill their needsMake recommendations on products that best meet customer requirementsEducate customers about product options, features, and specificationsOffer alternatives to ensure customer needs are most appropriately met.

Generate change orders as needed as well as tracking information for customer requestsWork with Outside Regional Sales Managers, Project Managers, Technicians & Coordinators as needed to find the best customer solutionCommunicate any customer satisfaction issuesCommunicate clearly with warehouse to ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped/delivered in a timely mannerWork directly with warehouse staff on expedites and rush ordersClearly communicate orders with expedited ship methodsCustomer data maintenance as needed in quote and order systemWork with accounting on purchase order terms & conditionsWork out discrepancies with customers in a timely mannerManage multiple quotes and bids simultaneously setting appropriate prioritization amongst competing projects to meet specified deadlines.

Required ExperienceHigh School diploma or GED and minimum2 plus years of aftermarket sales experience.
