Responsibilities:

Engage with customers at our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores to discuss heating and cooling upgrades, air quality enhancements, energy efficiency, and the benefits we offer.


Generate leads for Free, In-Home Consultations or promote home performance tune-ups, and our experts will take it from there.



Compensation:


  • Hourly Pay ranging from $15 to $18, based on experience and evaluation.
  • Lucrative bonus and commission structure allowing you to potentially earn $30 or more per hour on average. Bonuses and commissions paid weekly.

Locations: Leesburg, FL



Schedule:


  • Part-time & full-time positions available. Weekend and occasional holiday shifts required.


Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and represent our brand in partner retail settings.
  • Prior sales experience preferred, but a sociable personality can substitute for experience.
  • Willingness to work extra hours and weekends as needed.
