Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service.

- Utilize each customer interaction as an opportunity for cross-selling and upselling financial products.

- Maintain client relationships through follow-up communications.
- Gather prospects' information and accurately input it into quote sheets.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, and encourage further sales.

- Present and clarify insurance policy options based on clients' needs and goals.
- Assess and identify clients' requirements over the phone.
