Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Facilitating the sale, processing, and finalization of homes in alignment with company objectives.
  • Conducting home showings and emphasizing the unique features and advantages of both the homes and the community, dedicating approximately 85% of your time to this task.
  • Following the company's sales philosophy while assisting customers, utilizing all available sales and organizational tools, including guiding them through model homes and available homesites.
  • Ensuring timely and consistent communication with customers from initial contact through to post-closing, maintaining detailed records of all interactions.
  • Gaining comprehensive knowledge of the competitive landscape, including products, locations, local communities, sales trends, advertising, and demographics.
  • Tracking daily customer traffic using designated company tools and sending appreciation notes to potential customers, along with ongoing follow-ups.
  • Completing necessary administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency while managing priorities effectively.
  • Drafting sales agreements, which may involve calculating sales tax and monthly payment options, as well as conducting credit checks.
  • Participating in regular meetings to assess sales and marketing strategies.
  • Engaging with residents and buyers to list and sell homes, while maintaining a database of available properties.
  • Collaborating with the Community Manager and other leadership to formulate community sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Taking part in regional outreach campaigns and community events.
  • Building strong relationships with residents through ongoing communication and a commitment to exceptional customer service to drive sales.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
  • Demonstrated customer service and sales expertise with a track record of success.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • A positive mindset, self-motivated, resourceful, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to work weekends regularly.
  • Strong mathematical skills with the ability to calculate figures such as discounts and commissions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding and adherence to established company policies and procedures.
